We are excited to inform you that applications for the first SEADS Regional Training of Trainers (ToT) course is now open! The course will be held from 18-23 November 2024 at the ILRI Campus in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The SEADS ToT is designed for professionals in NGOs, government agencies, international organizations, and independent consultants. Selection criteria for participation in the TOT training will include: experience of delivering participatory adult training as well as livelihoods or crop-related experience in emergency contexts; availability and commitment to carry out SEADS Training Courses at least twice a year on demand; fluency in written and spoken English is required, and additional dual proficiency in Spanish, French, or Arabic will be viewed strongly; and familiarity with humanitarian standards such as Sphere, LEGS, SEADS, MERS, and MISMA.
